AMENDMENT #1 <br /> TO <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT # 2003-05328 <br /> On April 21, 2003, contract # 2003-05328 was entered into by the City of Eugene and Trillium <br /> Gardens for growing and delivering native upland prairie plant seedlings from seed provided by <br /> the City of Eugene. The City of Eugene and Trillium Gardens would like to amend the contract <br /> as follows. <br /> Section 2 is hereby amended to change the time of completion to November 15, 2004. This <br /> exercises the option described in the Scope of Work section II.M for an alternate bid to hold <br /> over, at the City's request, seedlings unable to be planted in the fall of 2003. The new target <br /> date for delivery of seedlings shall be October 15, 2004. <br /> Additionally, the City of Eugene and Trillium Gardens have mutually agreed upon a <br /> renegotiated a unit price of $0.50 per seedling for plants requested by the City to be held over. <br /> All other terms and conditions shall remain the same. <br /> <br /> ; City of Eugene Contractor <br /> By By: <br /> (signatur (signature) <br /> Johnny R.
