Glenwood Interchange/Son Blaze Village and Surrounding <br /> Developments <br /> Required Roadway Improvements <br /> Stage 1 Roadway Improvements <br /> Stage 1 work is related to Son Blaze Phase 1 in Table 3 of the Traffic Impact Analysis 1 <br /> (included as Page 5 of Exhibit A). Reference Drawing 1 for illustration of required <br /> improvements. ~ _ <br /> Stage 1 is initial work required prior to completion of the Seal subdivision plats for Son <br /> Blaze residential phases 1, 2, 3, and 8: <br /> • The City will apply for a public road approach permit from ODOT pursuant to OAR <br /> 734-051-0014 et seq. for a road approach permit for Moon Mountain Drive. <br /> • Realign and reconstruct Moon Mountain Drive to address safety concerns and <br /> provide for the future realignment of Glenwood Drive and extension of Glenwood <br /> Blvd. (Brackenfern). <br /> • Construct aright-turn Lane for the westbound approach at the intersection of <br /> Glenwood Drive and Glenwood Boulevard. The length of the right-turn lane will be <br /> determined by ODOT. The design and construction specifications will be approved <br /> by ODOT. <br /> • Improve Laurel Hill Drive to City Standards from Moon Mountain to the souther <br /> terminus. This work will also include the improvement of the Moon Mountain and <br /> Laurel Hill intersection to conform to City Fire Marshall standards. <br /> • The contractor shall be allowed to stockpile material on-site for the future <br /> realignment of Glenwood Drive as identified in Phase 2 mitigation. The contractor <br /> shall obtain a miscellaneous permit from ODOT to perform this work. Access to the <br /> stockpile site shall be determined by ODOT. The contractor shall be responsible for <br /> preparing and implementing a traffic control plan. The traffic control plan will be <br /> approved by ODOT.
