The City will provide a resident inspector to monitor and document construction activities. Construction Phase services will be provided on an hourly basis in <br /> accordance with our rate schedule not to exceed the total maximum fee below. We have included our <br /> current rate schedule below. Reimbursable expenses, such as reproduction, will be billed at cost plus ten <br /> (10) percent in addition to the total maximum fee.
