MIG will review <br /> these materials. <br /> CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT <br /> 15.0 PRELIMINARY DRAFT CONCEPT PLAN <br /> Based on the results of the visioning workshop, MIG will prepare prelimi- <br /> nary plans for each regional play area (hand drawn) that illustrate play area <br /> options.
