After recircuiting is complete, and the new signs are fed from the new vault, re-
install the ratio style transformers.
When the recircuiting is complete, permanently remove the non-ratio isolation transformers in 59 existing signs along
Taxiways P, D, G, and A that are currently being fed from the old vault building. This is an enhancement to the existing pilot control
system already installed on FAA navaids such as the MALSR and also allows the airport to save significant energy while
improving safety by providing pilot control for edge light intensity when the air traffic control tower (ATCT) is closed at
night.
2880 - Install cages around two ezterior conduits at the electrical building
Cages will be installed around the exposed PVC pipe conduits on the north and south end of the electrical building
lightening protection system to provide physical protection for the PVC conduit stubs.
