So, while the Sub-sub-task level can seem as minutiae, it provides the definition needed <br /> and helps to answer the "interrogatives". <br /> This information is useful to the study managers and partners for accurately costing, <br /> scheduling, and assigning work -and later in measuring and crediting earned value <br /> (progress). <br /> Obviously, some professional judgment must be used by all of us, as partners, to decide <br /> the proper level of detail, and we'll have to work out how to most usefully format/present <br /> the detail. <br /> SCOPE OF STUDIES CHECKLIST <br /> This checklist might serve us as an aid to determine whether the task-specific scope of <br /> studies of our PMP covers all the bases. If at the end we can answer these questions, our <br /> SOS will represent a fully formulated plan of study and readily enable us to plug together <br /> the other work items comprising the PMP: <br /> 1.
