My goal is to be able to save the <br /> City ~ little extra money when we're purchasing play equipment from Landscape Structures, Inc., which is a really high quality line <br /> of play equipment we've started using in most of our Parks. They manufactured the Skinner Butte Climber at RiverPlay, for <br /> example, which is really exceptional. <br /> We've been using the State Cooperative purchasing plan, but the discount here is 5°/0, vs. the federal program, which is 6%, plus <br /> some savings on shipping. Can you let me know what you think?
