AMENDMENT NO.One TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2005 - 00230 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Personal Services Contract dated June 27, 2005, between the <br /> City of Eugene (City) and Geodesign, Inc. (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> Provide pavement testing and design recommendations for Hilyard Street from East 18th <br /> Avenue to East 24th Avenue and Chambers Street from West 24th Avenue to West 28th <br /> Avenue. For clarification see attached scopes of work.
