The boundary locations and sample plots will need to be surveyed and <br /> mapped, and the wetland acreage calculated by your surveyor. <br /> Permission to access properties will be provided by the City of Eugene. In the event that a property <br /> owner does not allow access, then that portion of the project will be completed as an off-site <br /> determination, based on aerial photos, soil map, and adjacent delineated properties. <br /> A Wetland Delineation Report will be completed which summarizes the field survey results and the <br /> available resource information. This report should satisfy the DSL and Corps requirements for the Clean <br /> Water Act. The Wetland Delineation report will include the following: <br /> • Discussion of methods and techniques <br /> • Site map depicting the wetland/upland boundary and location of sample plots <br /> • Aerial photographs as necessary, to indicate changes in the conditions of the site property and <br /> vicinity <br /> • Field data sheets (US Army Corps of Engineers' format for athree-parameter application) for <br /> each sample plot <br /> You will be provided with three copies of the report unless otherwise requested. <br /> 2.2 Joint Removal-Fill Permit Application (JPA) <br /> This proposal has been prepared with the intention of providing assistance up to 32 hours as needed in <br /> your preparation of the JPA. This could include preparation of the HGM assessment, rare plant survey, <br /> and review of the application if you would like. <br /> 3.0 LIMITATIONS TO THE SCOPE <br /> The following items are not included within the scope of work for this project: <br /> • Wetland Mitigation Plan <br /> • Joint Removal-Fill Permit Application <br /> • DSL permit application fee, anticipated to be $200-$450 <br /> • Corps pemnit application fee, anticipated to be $100-$250 <br /> • Preparation of other investigations, documents, reports, or presentations which maybe required <br /> by local or other agencies during the course of the project <br /> 4.0 FEE <br /> The estimated fees for completion of the Wetland Delineation update study and assistance with your <br /> preparation of the Joint Removal-Fill Permit Application are presented in detail below. The estimated <br /> costs are presented as a range based on variables typically associated with a project such as this, including <br /> level of proposed development. The anticipated costs are based on typical site conditions in the vicinity of <br /> the project, and will be billed as time and materials expenses for completion of the project. Should the <br /> site conditions differ significantly from normal conditions or the scope of the project change from what is <br /> outlined above such that additional costs would be incunred, this proposal can be amended with written <br /> agreement from the City of Eugene and Environmental Solutions LLC. <br /> 1.
