Our report would include general recommendations for alternatries to <br /> render the site suitable, if it is deemed unsuitable in the existing condition, for residentrai development. <br /> The recommendations proposed for this project would be general in nature, and it is likely that an expanded <br /> geotechnical investigation, including recommendatwns, would have to be made to provide more spec~ic design <br /> and construction criteria that wauki be responsive to the unique featurES associated with any planned <br /> development at the site. <br /> Thank you for the oppor#unity to be of service.
