No expense or budget but liquidated old PO/encumbrance, 7/05. <br /> (GJN4136) <br /> WUN Alley Improvements (955064) can be closed out -This project has been pending expense questions (I <br /> will be moving some attorney fees out to operating) and funding issues. Tammy has been working <br /> on the funding, as soon as those questions have been answered we will close out the project with <br /> Steve. Tammy, Do you have an update? (GJN4172) <br /> Game Fram Rd -Street Lights (955574) can be closed out- I will update the Project Review/Close out form <br /> and route to Matt. (GJN4291) <br /> If the funding previously requested for Judkins Pt -Glenwood Blvd (945034) has been allocated to the project, <br /> expenditures and budget should equal out and the project can be closed. -Tammy, Can we have an update on <br /> this? <br /> n <br /> As a side note, our revised budget form will be modified to have you sign off when the adjustments to the budget are made <br /> and we ask you to return the signed copy to the project manager.
