Contractor shall continuously coordinate their work with others <br /> throughout the project as required to ensure all permit requirements are met while avoiding <br /> conflicts and overlappmg work areas. <br /> • Agency will be responsible for negotiation with regulatory agencies regazding project <br /> requirements unless this task is specifically assigned in this SOW. <br /> • Contractor shall continuously communicate with project leader and team members as <br /> required to remain informed of changes affecting the work and shall be responsible for <br /> informing Agency of issues having the potential to interrupt the conduct of work. <br /> • Contractor will not re-create or reproduce required work that has been or will be adequately <br /> completed by others. <br /> • Contractor shall schedule enough on-site time to perform the work as required for each task. <br /> D. REVIEW, COMMENT AND DELIVERABLE SCHEDULE <br /> • Contractor shall submit all documents to Agency in Draft and Final format in both hazd and <br /> electronic copies. <br /> • Contractor shall coordinate with Agency staff to make necessary changes and shall revise <br /> Draft as necessary to incorporate Agency review comments. Agency staff will provide <br /> comments to Contractor within ten (10) working days. <br /> • Contractor will incorporate comments within ten (10) working days from receipt of Agency <br /> comments and return the Final to the Agency staff, unless additional time is required by <br /> Agency for Tribal negotiations. <br /> • The schedule for delivery is identified in each task as number of days from NTP. For <br /> contingency tasks this means the number of days from the NTP issued for the respective <br /> contingency task. <br /> • Contractor shall provide to Agency one (1) electronic copy and one (1) hard copy of any <br /> drafts prepared pursuant to this SOW. <br /> • Contractor shall provide to Agency one (1) electronic copy and two (2) hard copies of all final <br /> deliverables under this Scope unless additional copies are requested by Agency. Final plan <br /> sheets shall have awet-signed professional seal and be delivered in 11" x 17" Mylaz format. If <br /> approved by the Agency, field documentation photography may be provided in electronic <br /> format only. <br /> • Contractor will provide to Agency one (1) electronic copy and one (1) hard copy of all <br /> reseazch files, data files, field investigations, reports, products and deliverables compiled for <br /> this Scope. <br /> • At end of Project, Contractor shall submit to Agency a CD or other approved storage media <br /> with all final deliverables produced throughout the project. Contractor shall also provide <br /> specific interim deliverables produced throughout the project when requested by Agency. <br /> Formatting of Deliverables <br /> Guidance for document formatting is found in the Price Agreement between Contractor and <br /> Agency. Additional formatting requirements aze included below: <br /> • Contractor shall use company logos only for technical reports for Contractor-performed <br /> studies.
