PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> Natural Resource Professional <br /> BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br /> Municipal Corporation <br /> AND: Environmental Solutions, LLC <br /> Contract No.: 2006-00226 <br /> This contract is being established per the terms and conditions of Personal <br /> Services Master Contract master contract #2003-00234 dated April 17, 2003, <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and Environmental Solutions, LLC <br /> (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to the attached scope of work as outlined <br /> herein and the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> To provide Wetland Delineations along the Royal Node Wastewater Corridor. <br /> Prepare the submittal of Joint Agency Removal and fill permit applications, <br /> including coordination with the agencies through permitting for construction of <br /> GJN 4383 - WW Legacy Interceptor South. Maximum total contract amount will <br /> be $21,000.00.
