<br /> ~r B. Summary of public input. (RBA & TNT) <br /> 3. MASTER PLANNING PROCESS (3 MONTHS) <br /> The master planning process consists of a series of 3 design cycles. Between cycle 2 and <br /> 3 will be a public event to present the project and gather input on the design progress <br /> and scheme variations. <br /> 3 1 MP DESIGN CYCLE #1 JUNE (4 WEEKS) <br /> The Design Cycle starts based on input from the Policy Team, the Planning Team, and Public <br /> Input from the previous phase. More than one alternative will be developed in the first design <br /> cycle. <br /> Steps: <br /> 1. General management and pre-development conference with COE Planning staff. <br /> 2. Design Team to work independently on specific design studies and tasks. Design Team will <br /> communicate to each other through email, web posting, and conference calls for two weeks. <br /> 3.
