Documentation <br /> f. Prepare a draft FIRM showing proposed floodplain boundary limits. <br /> g. Submit documentation to FEMA and City of Eugene (one copy each). <br /> G. Deliverables <br /> 1. LOMR Application packet (1 copy) <br /> 2. Topographic survey (electronic Auto CAD file) <br /> 3. Modeling data <br /> H. Proposed Fees <br /> Balzhiser & Hubbard Engineers will provide the above-defined services on an hourly basis <br /> not to exceed the max fee below. We have included our current rate schedule for your <br /> reference. Reimbursable expenses (mileage, reproduction) will be billed at cost and are not <br /> included in the maximum fee.
