<br /> The 2002 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction (Oregon Specifications) as issued in <br /> June 2002, and the 2002 Oregon Standard Drawings (Oregon Drawings), in effect as of April 16, <br /> <br /> 2007, both as revised by Amendment #3 and #4 have been adopted as the Standard Specifications <br /> and Standard Drawings for the City of Eugene in accordance with City Code section 7.085. <br /> <br /> Amendment #3 and #4 is hereby made a part of the Standard Specifications and Standard Drawings <br /> of the City of Eugene as fully and completely as if it were set forth therein. The Standard <br /> Specifications, Standard Drawings and all Addenda may be examined at the Engineering office <br /> located at 244 E.
