This proposal is for pavement rehabilitation analysis consisting of falling <br />weight deflectometer (FWD) testing, subsurface explorations, equivalent single-axle load (ESAu <br />calculations, and analysis on the following city streets: <br />• City View Street, from West 18th Avenue to West 28th Avenue (3,922 feet) <br />• High Street, from East 3rd Avenue to East i l th Avenue (3,066 feet) <br />• Hilyard 5treet, fram East Boradway to East 13th Avenue {1,544 feet) <br />• Lincoln Street, from West 23rd to West 30th Avenue (3,644 feet) <br />• East 33rd Avenue, f~om Hilyard Street to Wiliamette Street (2,678 feet) <br />• East 13th Avenue, Kincaid Street to Alder Street (442 feet) <br />• Aider Street, from East 13th to East 18th Avenue (1,953 feet) <br />In addition, we have been asked to provide consulting engineering services for design and review <br />of potential cold in-place recycling on Roosevelt Boulevard.
