Award SummaryPage 27 of 33 between Contractor and State. Contractor shall extend the following revenue sharing opportunities to each Participant: 1. The Rebate calculation will be made in accordance with Tables A and B below and will be based on total Net Annual Charge Volume for all Participants. The Contractor shall determine the Volume Rebate calculation (Table A below) and the Performance Rebate calculation (Table B below) for the Rebate Addendum Year. The Sum of these two calculations, the Total Rebate Percentage, shall be multiplied by the Net Annual Charge Volume and the product of that Calculation shall be equal to the Total Rebate for that Rebate Addendum Year. No Rebate calculation shall be made unless: a) the File Turn Days Payment Performance for all accounts billing statements is equal to or less the forty (40) File Turn Days; and b) the minimum Net Annual Charge Volume is equal to or greater than six million U.S. Dollars ($6,000,000.00); and c) the Qualified Ticket Size must be equal to or greater than thirty U.S. Dollars ($30.00). 3. Contractor will calculate the Net Annual Charge Volume and the Qualified Ticket Size for the Rebate Addendum Year for all accounts to find the Rebate Percentage on Table A for the Volume Rebate. Contractor will then calculate the File Turn Days Payment Performance for all accounts for the same Rebate Addendum year to find the Rebate Percentage on Table B for the Performance Rebate. The percentage for the Volume Rebate and the percentage for the Performance Rebate will be added together to equal the Total Rebate Percentage. Annually, Contractor will multiply the Total Rebate Percentage by the Net Annual Charge Volume for that same Addendum Year. The result will be the Total Rebate. 4. When the Total Rebate has been calculated, Contractor shall calculate the Participant Rebate for each Participant. The Participant Rebate shall be calculated by dividing the Participant Net Annual Charge Volume by the Total Net Annual Charge Volume and then multiply the result by the Total Rebate. 5. Payment of the Total Rebate will be in the form of a credit on the billing statement applied to each qualified Participant account within sixty (60) days after the end of the Rebate Addendum Year. In total, each account's portion of the Total Rebate should add up to the Total Rebate due to the Participant(s).
