Contractor recommends <br /> <br />providing training classes for no larger than 40 participants. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5.3.2 At no cost to the State or Participants, the Contractor shall develop a Fleet Credit <br /> <br />Card Implementation and Management Manual and provide each Participant sufficient <br /> <br />quantities of said Manual. The Manual shall be available electronically. <br /> <br /> <br />5.3.3 At a minimum the Manual will include the following topics: detailed implementation <br /> <br />procedures and forms, dispute procedures, account suspension and cancellation procedures, <br /> <br />card maintenance, account management procedures, payment requirements, lost or stolen card <br /> <br />procedures, toll free customer service number(s), sample statement(s) of account, <br /> <br />instructions on how to read statement(s) of account, a list (including explanations and <br /> <br />samples) of all management reports available under the cover of the Contract, and all <br /> <br />relative program management forms. <br /> <br /> <br />5.3.4 The Manual shall be approved, in writing, by the State prior to publication and shall <br /> <br />be distributed electronically within fourteen (14) days of Contract award as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The State(s) Procurement Officers shall each receive one (1) copy of the published <br /> <br />Manual. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Each Participant Authorized Officer shall receive at least one (1) copy of the published <br /> <br />Manual, but may request a reasonable number of additional copies as deemed necessary to <br /> <br />distribute to key program participants in order to facilitate effective program <br /> <br />management. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
