Submit to CITY in advance of work to be performed, a billing for estimated project <br />costs to be borne by CITY, and for CITY`S contribution to total project costs as described <br />below. <br />4. Provide CITY with detailed documentation of any expenditures associated with the <br />construction for which CITY has, with the execution of this Intergovernmental Agreement, <br />agreed to pay, within 90 days of project completion. <br />CITY AGREES TO: <br />1. Designate a representative to serve as project coordinator and point of contact with <br />regard to COUNTY activities related to PROJECT. <br />2. Transfer funds to COUNTY prior to the noti.ce of bid for all of the PROJECT costs for <br />road construction. The estimated cost of construction, with contingency, is $150,000. <br />, <br />3. Reimburse COUNTY for all associated engineering services included but not limited <br />to items 1 and 2 in the "County Agrees To" section within 30 days of billing by COUNTY if <br />applicable. For purposes of this agreement, a not to exceed price will be $50,000. <br />4. Obtain any required environmental, land use or construction permits. <br />5, Coordinate with the COUNTY on utility issues wifhin PROJECT area. <br />~ 6. CITY agrees that the project roadway will be a CITY street within the CITY'S Urban <br />Growth Boundary and that CITY will be responsible for all maintenance after completion of <br />PROJECT. <br />7. Cooperate with COUNTY in regard to (including but not limited to) construction <br />administration and management issues. Delegate authority to COUNTY for (including but not <br />limited to) review and approval of construction contract change orders and extra work up to <br />$25,000 per occurrence on PROJECT work. COUNTY shall report change orders and extra <br />work changes greater than $5,000 on PROJECT work to the CITY within two weeks of their <br />approvaL <br />BOTH PARTtES AGREE: <br />1. COUNTY and CITY will meet at least monthly to review project scope, schedule and <br />budget and make changes to project as necessary to keep these three project components <br />' within the limits prescribed in this agreement <br />
