The Wetland Delineation report will include the following: <br />• Discussion of inethods and techniques <br />"` •, Site map depicting the wettandJupland b~undary and locafiio~i of sample plots <br />~ Aerial photographs as necessary, to indicate changes in the conditions of the site property and <br />vicanity <br />• Fie1d data sheets (US Army Corps of Engineers' format for a three-parameter application} for <br />each sample plot ~ <br />Yau will be provided with three copies of the report unless otherwise requested. <br />3A LIl~IITATIONS TO THE SCOPE <br />The following items are not included within the scope of work far this project: <br />• Wetland Mitigation Plan <br />• Joint Removal-Fill Permit Application <br />• DSL permit application fee, anticipated to be $200-$450 <br />• Corps permit application fee, anticipated to be $100-$250 <br />• Preparation of ather investigations, documents, report~, or presantations which may be requir~d <br />hy local ar other agencies during the cours~ of the project <br />4.0 FEE <br />The estimated fees for completion of the Wetland Delineation study are presented in detail below. Fees and expenses wiil be billed monthly <br />according to the rates and terms outlined in the Natural Reso~rces Contr~et that Environmental Solutions <br />LLC has with the City of Eugene. This agreement may not be changed witlzout the priar written consent <br />of the parties. T'his proposal, its terms and conditions, may not be assigned without the prior written <br />consent of the other party. The terms of this proposal are effective for 90 days frorn the date of <br />preparation, as shown on the front page of this letter.
