Contractor is engaged in the business of Training & Development. <br /> B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the Services described in-this agreement and <br /> Contractor is willing to provide such Services on the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br /> G. The contract described herein was awarded under the exemption or procedure authorized <br /> by R-1415-Administrative Order 4.5. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> 1. Incorporation of Exhibits; Definitions; Contractor's Representations and Warranties. <br /> 1.1 Exhibits. The contract between the parties (the "Contract") includes and <br /> incorporates into this document (this "Agreement") all of the following: <br /> 1.1.1 Exhibit A summarizes certain federal,- state and municipal laws that apply to <br /> government contracts. The provisions of Exhibit A are statements of taw and <br /> may not be modified. <br /> 1.1.2 Exhibit B is scope of services. <br /> 1.2 Definitions.
