River Ave project and ,, <br />again should not be a charged to MWMC. This dollar figure should have been absorbed as described in the "General <br />Note: New irrigation Zone D". (Second to last paragraph of Joe's email). This change was due to the MWMC/ 2G <br />Construction fence and access road project, not the River Avenue Project. This project extended the fence line (and <br />associated shrub bed) further east from approx. Sta. 29+15 to 30+10, which was originally a lawn area. It is my <br />understanding that these have been discussed with Mark. <br />MWMC - $2,348.75 <br />Repair damage to existing Zone 3 lateral line near MWMC temporary construction sign at MWMC entrance. <br />Repair was required to maintain Zone 3 functionality. (MWMC expense responsibility) $75.00 <br />Replace irrigation control wires from mowstrip (approx. 70' south of multiuse path) to splice location at <br />Valve E. Wires were damaged by MWMC Contractor during excavation for new fence mowstrip along service <br />,, <br />entrance. Install wires in method and route as agreed upon. $608. <br />Install 7 additional rotor heads for Zone E to provide head-to-head irrigation coverage in large lawn area. <br />$1,209. <br />Add new plantings as shown on revised sheet L2.6 View L. Work for this additional planting shall be <br />completed under existing unit prices. $456.75 <br />General note: New irrigation Zone D valve and wire have been installed but piping and heads associated to Zone D were <br />deleted due to impacts from MWMC maintenance access drive project. Deductive costs associated to not installing these <br />heads and piping, as well as not reconnecting and repairing Zone 2R, 3R, 4R have been compensated for by installing <br />additional heads and piping on Zones C, 5, 8, 10, and 11 to account for new landscape areas or areas not considered in <br />the original design. <br />Note that the irrigation prices reflected below are direct from Rexius and do not include Delta's mark-up.
