If successful, the paving and construction project <br /> construction will be combined resulting in a savings in engineering and administrative costs. The <br /> projects will be coordinated with the pedestrian gateway improvements being constructed at the <br /> University of Oregon and constructed in advance of the 2008 Olympic Trials at nearby Hayward <br /> Field. <br /> 11.
