There is a narrow <br /> curbside sidewalk with parking meters on the north side of 18th between University and Agate, <br /> making the walking environment uninviting. Bike lanes will be added to both sides of the street <br /> between Alder and Agate. Parking meters will be removed from the north side of 18t'' between <br /> Harris and Agate and replaced with pay stations paid for by the City's parking fund.
