PWA will move the funding from
GJN3769 to the new project number after we receive the paperwork and council has passed SB1 (12/10/2007). We are
using Fund 311 for capital projects related to the Olympic Trials State Funds. .
Tammy Smith, x5834
.~ rom: WEISS Carolyn J
Sent: Wednesday, November 07, 2007 11:36 AM
To: RODRIGUES Matt J
Cc: SM1TH Tammy D; MORRIS Larry L; LANKSTON Jeff; SVENDSEN Glen L
Subject: FW: Autzen Path lighting
Hi Matt,
Thanks for your help on this project! A couple things to note:
• Several months lead time needed on pole orders (Scott Milovich can tell you more about this and give the specs for
our standard lighting)
• Banner hangers may be desired
• Shielding of the fixtures on the bridge is a priority
• The worK is in a natural area, and as such the contractor will need to be sensitive to disturbance and impacts
• There is a Citizen Planning Committee we will need to keep in the loop
• There are a couple remnant light poles that are near the dog park and it would be nice to get rid of those as part of the
contract.
There is currently 110,000 identified for this project. We are working on securing another 40,000. The 110,000 is
currently in the following project account:
Alton Baker Park Improvements and Lighting Improvements 311-9335-6xxxx-995302 GJN 3769. I gave Tammy a heads
up that you will be moving the 110,000 into it's on GJN. Also, Financial Reporting has assigned a grant code to the
Olympic Trial Funding from the State of Oregon. We will need to make sure that all expenses are coded with grant code
651.
Thanks again, Carolyn
From: WEISS Carolyn J
Sent: Tuesday, October 23, 2007 5:24 PM
1
