The spreadsheet below, that Robin put together, shows 2 projects atthe- <br />top that he wants to close out, and use these remaining funds to cover the deficits in the second part`of the spreadsheet. <br />Let me know if you have any questions on the layout or what he wants dohe. Two notes, first, .DON'T move the 311 ~ <br />`unding, I'll do that after our committee approves these funds; secondly; the FY09 $100K noted on the spreadsheet in 321 <br />won't obviously show up until FY09, so we can hold that BJE until the start of the FY. Otherwise, please make the . - <br />changes.in 336 & 321 as he requested. He did.note below that if the 336 numbers have slightly changed, our intent is to. <br />cover the full deficits existing, so pull any other needed $ from the mother' accts, after exhausting the funding that is freed <br />up from the project closures first. <br />:.Thanks! As per our discussions, you can use a portion of this appropriation for the work that has been ongoing at West <br />University Park. Since this appropriation will not be on'the General Ledger u.nti! July 1, 1 am comfortable with you moving <br />forward with this specific project and charging up to $22K this FY, and I will move the appropriation to cover the <br />expenditures at the start of the next FY.
