State shall submit all claims received from City- for federal-aid participation to FHWA <br />in the normal manner and compile accurate cost accounting records. State shall pay <br />City all reimbursable costs of the project. State may request from City a statement of <br />costs to date at any time by submitting a written request. When the actual total cost <br />of the project has been computed, City shall furnish State with an itemized statement <br />of final costs. City shall pay 100 percent of the final total actual costs. The actual cost <br />of services provided by State will be covered in the Supplemental Project <br />Agreements. <br />10. City agrees to refund to State all federal funds paid to City, if FHWA requests such <br />funds from State, because City has not followed a process, rule or procedure outlined <br />in City's Procedures, this Agreement or Supplemental Project Agreement(s). Refund <br />from City shall be within thirty (30) days upon State notification. If City does not repay <br />State within thirty (30) days, State shall withhold City's proportionate share of State <br />Highway Fund distribution until repayment has been made in full. <br />Standards <br />In accord with the City's standard contract specifications and Public Improvement <br />Design Standards Manual, City shall include in the title sheet of the plans the <br />following: federal-aid project number, location sketch, title of project, project limits, <br />plan sheet index, applicable plans and a provision for approving official(s) <br />signature(s) and date(s) and scale(s).
