Located at the corner of Irvington and Arrowhead,the park <br /> is bordered by Flat Creek and is dominated by an open meadow area. Proposed improvements include a <br /> children's playground,park benches,picnic tables and trash receptacles,a drinking fountain,hard-surface <br /> pathways,a soft-surface path through the park,an irrigated field for non-programmed play and sports,and <br /> many new trees.
