13: October - Work party. Volunteers removed woody vegetation from E 31st Ave <br /> to Hilyard. City chipped and hauled. <br /> 1994: City crew used the brush head to remove the woody vegetation along the <br /> Amazon between Hilyard and Fox Hollow. Contract work was performed on <br /> the Amazon between Richardson Bridge and approximately 500 ft west of <br /> Bailey Hill. Consisted of re-establishing the channel bottom and bank <br /> restoration. Lane County used jail inmates to clear berry vines along the <br /> Amazon at the Fairgrounds. <br /> June - Amazon Appreciation Day. Volunteers picked up litter from Lincoln St <br /> to Oak Patch Rd. <br /> August - Southeast neighbors work party. Volunteers renioved woody <br /> vegetation from Fox Hollow to approximately 43rd. City chipped and hauled. <br />
