Jim will ask someone <br /> from Recreation to call Bob to talk about what the best recreational use <br /> for the park is - basketball , etc. Abe said the park was purchased with <br /> Community Development Block Grant money, so the land has to stay in use as <br /> a park, or the City has to return the money. That's an issue we'll have to <br /> get into as we talk about these pocket parks at a later time. <br /> I'll try to contact Kevin and Barbara Keller today. Ken, I think it would <br /> be a good idea to have a Neighborhood Assn person and a business person or <br /> two talk to the Councilors if they balk at taking out the structures.
