to be delivered to City Council: <br /> The West University Neighbors Board supports the proposed land swap by Bob and Leslie <br /> Quinney in order to create a shallower, wider park with greater visibility. <br /> As a Board, we urge City Council to move forward to enable this land swap to occur. We <br /> understand that the owner wishes to build either on the existing property or on the <br /> exchanged property soon in order to have the units open by fall 2006. The land swap sounds <br /> like a win-win situation.
