Our <br /> initial finding is that museums consti tute a conversion of use as <br /> identified in LWCF Grant Manual . The original grant application <br /> indicates that the barn will be converted to public restrooms. The <br /> intent found in the application is that the use of the barn is to be <br /> for public recreation purposes .
