The last contact we had with Mylie Carter was the February 28, <br /> 1996, letter that John Etter sent to her and copied to you. <br /> The information in the letter is still pertinent. The <br /> irrigation contract was awarded in May and the contractor <br /> began physical work on the project yesterday. We have not <br /> begun work on the tree replanting plan as Scott Plamondon, our <br /> Urban Forester, and John Etter, our Parks Planner, have both <br /> been extremely busy with other projects. It is still our <br /> intent to get the plan completed in the next couple of months <br /> so that the planting can take place between November of 1996 <br /> and February of 1997.
