The DEQ Project Manager and I had a meeting with the property <br /> owners on Ferry Street to the east of Tugman last week. The DEQ was able to obtain access agreements from <br /> four of the five property owners where they want to conduct additional tests and investigation, each property <br /> owner was provided with a work plan. <br /> The DEQ plans to conduct the testing starting September 12th, as part of the project the City has agreed to <br /> remove a portion of the fencing to allow the electromagnetic work to be conducted.
