MEMORANDUM <br /> January 11, 1993 <br /> TO: Dick Morgan, Claude Banker and John Etter <br /> FROM: Bob Hammitt, Public Works Maintenance Director_✓ - <br /> SUBJECT: SPENCER BUTTE RESTROOM <br /> On January 8, 1993 Tom Jefferies from Lane Electric Coop contacted me regard- <br /> ing the restrooms at Spencer Butte that had recently burned down. He said <br /> that the service wire that connected the restroom was in poor condition and <br /> requested permission to retire the service. He said he would leave the <br /> transformer and if we rebuilt and they put in a new service we would not be <br /> charged for it. We would, however, be responsible for the trench for the new <br /> service. <br /> I told him that it was unlikely that we would rebuild in the near future. I <br /> also told him that this arrangement would be fine with the City. <br />
