Post <br /> incident debriefing brought up several issues I would like to discuss with <br /> you. <br /> 1. Who presently has maintainence responsibilities for signing and <br /> maintaining <br /> the trails? I will be working with station 5 crew on A shift to map the <br /> trail <br /> s and designate them by color so that giving instructions to subsequent <br /> arrivin <br /> g personnel is clear. I was curious if this could be coordinated with a Park <br /> map and discrete trail markers so that users can better instruct us to the <br /> loca <br /> tion of an incident' <br /> 2. The signs iriaTdate that the park is closed at dusk. This is obviously not <br /> being inforced (this incident occurred between 11 pm and 2 am). With the full <br /> moon at least 35-40 teenagers were observed heading up the trail. <br /> 3. On the way out with the patient the crews noticed that a group of about 12 <br /> Page 1 <br />
