Lauch <br /> Administrator of Facilities, <br /> Maintenance & Planning <br /> School District 4J <br /> Eugene, OR 97402-4295 <br /> Dear Mr. Lauch: <br /> Dick Morgan has forwarded to me your November 1, 1993 letter requesting the <br /> City of Eugene to participate in the removal cost of the Sheldon Ballfield <br /> lights and poles. In order to make a decision, I reviewed your letter and the <br /> prior unsigned letters of agreement dated February 22, 1965 and November 14, <br /> 1969 for maintenance at the Sheldon Ballfield between the School District and <br /> the City of Eugene. I agree that the City has some responsibility to <br /> participate and have authorized the enclosed check for $4,436.00 as requested <br /> in your letter. <br /> At this point, I would consider the above-mentioned agreements no longer in <br /> effect and that the City has no further responsibility at Sheldon Ballfield. <br /> I look forward to any future agreements that would benefit both the School <br /> District and the City of Eugene.
