I issued Logan a new park restriction for 1 year. I explained his citation and <br />park restriction to him and provided him a copy of each. <br />I issued Younger a citation for Violation of Park Rules-Prohibited Camping. I explained her citation and 30 day park <br />restriction to her and provided her a copy of each. <br />I noticed Logan had a yellow extension cord that was plugged into the shelter that he had stretched out to his <br />bedding. Logan said it was there when they arrived to the shelter. <br />Logan was in possession of a bright green Cannondale Mountain Bike, Model P500. I asked him about the bike and <br />he stated it was his friend, Marcus(unknown on spelling) bike. Logan allowed me to run the serial number to check <br />to see if it was reported stolen. I ran the serial number via dispatch and it had not been reported stolen by serial or <br />unserialized number. The bike was released to Logan. Logan and Younger were released and advised not to enter <br />any parks while the park restriction was valid. <br />During conversation with Logan he mentioned the Younger was employed by the Carl`s Jr. Fast Food restaurant on <br />Coburg Road. <br />Arrest and Custody: <br />Not applicable.
