However, I recently learned that she still has not sent the package <br /> to ODOT. Obviously—the invoice is now past due, and ODOT has not even received the original invoice (yikesl). So—I <br /> guess my question is: Is it possible to change the date on the invoice, or would it be easier to have it cancelled and then <br /> reissue a new invoice for payment?
