The total of$1,182,000 is the <br /> FRRK5 AD offal SPAU RAW111116 maximum amount the City may be reimbursed for work under the current agreement. <br /> This is the tenth billing the City is providing under this agreement and covers the <br /> i'ARR OPENlOtdS period January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015. <br /> A total of$801.00 is the reimbursable amount expended for this project during this <br /> URGAII FORFSTRY billing period. Reimbursable project activities under the amended agreement are <br /> listed below: <br /> INVURAL RESOURCES <br /> Task 1, Pre-project Management and Coordination: City staff continued to <br /> provide project updates and information on planned activities via_a monthly <br /> conference call or email to the ODOT Program Manager. <br /> Task 2, Consulting and Technical Review of Elements of the Draft Bank <br /> Instrument: No work was needed on this task during the billing period. <br /> Task 3, Pre-project Site Maintenance: No work was needed on this task during <br /> the billing period. <br /> Task 4, Site Preparation: <br /> Control of invasive nonnative species: As part of site preparation, City staff <br /> continued to monitor invasive nonnative plant growth to determine the optimal <br /> method and timing for treatments. No treatments were needed or applied during this <br /> billing period. <br />
