We will get the charge moved!
Julie,
Can you follow -up on this. When you find the charge in the ADA access ramp project, you will need to work with Wayne
or Eric J to determine where they want this charge moved to.
Thank you
Lacey
From: HALEY Patricia I
Sent: Monday, December 29, 2014 5:49 PM
To: RISDAL Lacey L
Cc: BRISCOE Bob; JENNINGS Stephanie A
Subject: Curb Ramps - 1,920 for crosswalk closed barricade
Importance: High
Hi Lacey,
It was so good to meet you today and put a face with the name. It was also good to learn about Fleet and how you
calculate your rates.
While reconciling our grant expenses, I noticed in the grant coding for the accessible crosswalk work that 1,920 was
charged on November 20 for a crosswalk closed barricade. Since this is not directly tied to a project and will be used for
different projects that are not Community Development Block Grant funded activities, our grant will be unable to pay for
it. Charges to this grant need to be project specific and cannot be for general materials and supplies.
Would you please move this charge to another coding string?
Thanks,
Patricia 1.
