This service is scheduled for the January 13, 1997 <br /> Budget Committee meeting. <br /> II. Proposal for "queue" of remaining service profiles Beth <br /> Staff is recommending some changes to the "queue" of service profiles. 20 minutes <br /> The proposal and its rationale are described in the attached memo. <br /> SISC direction requested is: <br /> Agree or adjust SIT emphasis on completing service profiles. <br /> Modify, if desired, and adopt the Service Profile queue criteria. <br /> III. Modifications to Service Profile process and product Beth <br /> Warren requested that the Service Improvement Team propose ways 30 minutes <br /> to modify the service profile process and product so that the remaining <br /> profiles could be completed more quickly. Staffs recommendation is <br /> discussed in the attached memo. FYI, the latest version of the Budget Committee's <br /> work plan is also included. SISC members should: <br /> Request additional research on alternatives or their impact, if desired. <br /> Amend or adopt the SIT recommendation. <br /> Discuss the timing of discussing these modifications with the Budget Committee. <br /> Decide when to implement the modifications. <br /> IV. Citizen Review of Service Profiles Warren <br /> At the September Budget Committee meeting, members passed a motion 15 minutes <br /> requiring citizen review of profiles. When discussing this topic at the October <br /> SISC meeting, members decided Warren would return to the Budget Committee <br /> in January to ask for additional clarification. Staff has updated the table showing <br /> which services have a citizen group that meeting the criteria in the motion and <br /> developed a template for presenting citizen review information. SISC members will <br /> strategize on this topic. <br /> V. Agenda for January 13th meeting Beth <br /> SISC members will review the proposed agenda for our next meeting. 5 minutes <br />
