City shall, at its own expense, keep the premises at all times clean, <br /> safe, sanitary, and free of any debris, and shall pay for any utility services <br /> furnished to the premises, including installation of meters. <br /> g. No gasoline supply <br /> station or gasoline pumps shall be installed, placed, <br /> or operated on the premises; nor shall vehicles used or designed for the tr i park <br /> tion of gasoline, petroleum products, chemicals, or explosives be <br /> on the premises; nor shall bulk storage of gasoline, petroleum products, chemicals, <br /> or explosives be permitted on the premises. <br /> 9.
