The above described property is approimately as shown outlined in red On the attached Exhibit A. 2_ The period of this lease shall be for twenty -five (25) years and may be renewed for an additional period of twenty -five (25) years by mutual agreement of the parties. 3. This agreement shall comply with the Federal Highway Administration's Policy and Procedure Memoranda 80 --10.1 and 80 -10.2 dated August 7, 1970. In the event of any conflict between said memoranda and the provisions of this agreement, the more restrictive requirements shall prevail. 4. City shall maintain the premises, and facilities placed thereupon, at its own expense, and shall be responsible for the use of the premises by the public and shall take all reasonable precaution to prevent rowdiness or other objectionable conduct on the premises.
