Action Taken: <br /> The ability to address this lies outside of the service boundary in that it would require non City of Eugene <br /> agencies to actively and consistently participate. The only measure of this sort currently possible was identified <br /> as a measure of the INET. This is at an operational level and was deemed not useful for the service profile <br /> process. <br /> Direction Needed from Budget Committee: <br /> N/A <br /> II.
