CITIZEN REVIEW OF EUGENE CELEBRATION AND SPECIAL EVENTS SERVICE <br /> PROFILE <br /> The Eugene Celebration Steering Committee met on August 21, 1996 to discuss the service profile, <br /> after receiving a copy of the profile and a survey. This group began as a Council appointed advisory <br /> group to the Eugene Celebration and, with the restructuring of the Council's Boards and Commissions, <br /> was transformed into a departmental advisory committee.
