We talk to utility companies through the right -of -way permit process where we place <br /> conditions on permit approval and through the utility manual (specifications manual) <br /> which is adopted by the Director of Public Works after being sent out for comment by the <br /> utility companies (last updated in 1991). <br /> Customer's Feedback for NeighborWoods: <br /> 1. We have produced a training and education video for NeighborWoods to be broadcast on <br /> channel 11. <br /> 2. We have an annual training workshop for NeighborWoods volunteers. <br /> 3.
