Expanded Strategy Map (Beth) <br /> Per Budget Committee request, we have also prepared a full -page (10 minutes) <br /> strategy map for the Investigations service that illustrates how the strategies, <br /> objectives, and work activities link to the service's outcomes. The example is included <br /> for SISC review. Staff also requests SISC input as to whether we should prepare <br /> examples from more than one service of the strategy map that relates to outcomes. <br /> VI. Urban Forestry Process Memo (Johnny Medlin) <br /> This item did not receive "consent" from all SISC members. (10 minutes) <br /> Two members raised concerns about the lack of special efforts around citizen <br /> involvement and customer input. Johnny Medlin, Urban Forestry service lead, will be <br /> available to answer questions and respond to suggestions. <br /> VII. Review agenda for September 9 meeting (SIT proposal) <br /> Attached is the proposed agenda, process, list of attendees, and (10 minutes) <br /> handouts for the SISC -- Service Lead session.
