Analysis <br /> Quantitative <br /> Frequencies were calculated for each question, broken out by department, and reported in the <br /> Appendix. Crosstabulations were used to measure the strength of associations between certain <br /> variables and to rank factors. Additionally, the survey analysis employs several indices designed <br /> to further illuminate the experiences of City of Eugene employees. Combining a set of <br /> thematically related questions into an index creates a more robust measure that can be used to <br /> analyze relationships between characteristics of the workplace and key attitudinal outcomes.
